What we offer:
We offer a wide range of sporting activities including:
Football, Tennis, Basketball, Netball, Kin Ball, Cross Country Rugby, Sports Hall Athletics and so much more.
Clubs are organised with our sports partners including Leeds Rhinos and Leeds United.
Mini Mermaids
Girls in sport is a really important agenda here at Holy Name and we provide many opportunities for girls to compete. Most notably our Mini Mermaids/M2 club. The children over a course of the term build up their stamina in order to complete a local 5k park run. The children thoroughly enjoy this and have been successful in completing this every year so far.
Dance Spectacular
Each year, the children perform on the Leeds Rhinos Headingley pitch. For a few weeks prior, the children learn a dance routine, choreographed by Leeds Rhinos themselves and the perform this before kick off. They then get an opportunity to stay and watch the match.
