Wrap around care sessions for September 2026
Breakfast Session:
From 7:30am until the start of the school day.
After School Session:
From 3:15pm or 3.20pm until 6:00pm and 5pm on Fridays
The provision offered at Holy Name will be run by Holy Name staff for children who attend Holy Name. All the activities that are planned and coordinated will directly link with events that are taking place in school.
These include help with homework, focused activities like baking, gardening and games. The children will also have time to relax or play outdoors.

- o Monday- Friday 7.30am opening with the last breakfast at 8.30am
- After School Club Time
- o Monday – Thursday 3.15/20pm until 6.00pm and Friday 3.15/20pm until 5.00pm
Cost per session
£5.00 breakfast club
£10.00 afterschool club
45 places are available for children aged 3 to 11 years at the breakfast club and after school club. This is term time only.
We are a registered Tax-Free Childcare provider.
How do I register for wrap around care?
Please take two minutes to complete the below form. You will be asked to identify your preferences. This will be booked for the academic year.
What happens if I need to ammend my booking?
We are more than happy to work with you for the benefit of your children. If further bookings need to be added on, please contact the school office. This can be done fairly quickly. Where a reduction in child care is needed, a 4 week notice period must be given so that the school can make appropriate ammendments. An email must be sent to holyname@holynameleeds.co.uk
Are there any further terms and conditions?
Late collection - we understand sometimes traffic can delay prompt pick up. However, after 10 minutes a further full charge for the provision will be made to your ParentPay account as well as every subsequent 10 minutes.
Non-payment - the school reserves the right to withdraw payment where there are substantial arrears.
